Sunaina Kanwar Rathore
Partner, Audit & Assurance (FCA, DISA, B.com)
Sunaina is a Partner in the Audit & Assurance practice of MSRK & Associates, Chartered accountants with over 5 years experience of holding a full-time certificate of practice, and is based in Gurgaon. She is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and has extensive expertise in the areas of International Financial Reporting Standards, Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Various Audits prescribed in Income tax, GST, Companies Act and other regulators such as RBI /SEBI.
Sunaina has led audit engagements for several large, Medium and Startup clients of the Firm, particularly in the Power, Constructions, manufacturing and Service sectors. She has deep experience in handling accounting advisory, GST advisory, due diligence reviews, IFRS conversions and audit engagements in compliance with US, International, and Indian GAAS.
Sunaina specializes in reporting under ISA and Indian GAAS. She also acts as the firm’s External Quality Control Reviewer (EQCR) where she provides her independent opinion on the audit quality of the firm's other assurance engagements.
Sunaina has a deep insight into the GST, Ind AS, Companies Act, Statutory audits, tax audits, and Start-up advisory. She is a commerce graduate from the University of Rajasthan and Qualified her Chartered accountancy in May 2017 and scored exemption in the Core profile of Chartered accountancy (Direct Tax, Strategic financial management, Information System and Communication audit and Financial Reporting). In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She is happily married to Vivek Pratap Singh who is also a Chartered Accountant and working with PepsiCo India holding senior-level position handling the global role of US GAAP and International taxation.
Mohit Balhara

Mohit is a Partner in the Tax and Regulatory practice of MSRK & Associates, Chartered accountants with over 4-year experience based in Gurgaon. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a full-time Certificate of Practice issued by ICAI. He has extensive expertise in the areas of Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Financial Reporting and Various Audits prescribed in Income tax, GST, Companies Act and other regulators such as RBI /SEBI.
Mohit has led audit engagements for several large, Medium and Startup clients of the Firm, particularly in the Print Media, Power, manufacturing and Service sectors. He has deep experience in handling accounting advisory, GST advisory, due diligence reviews and audit engagements in compliance with Indian auditing standards.

He passed both groups of CA Final in a single attempt and scored exemption in the Core profile of Chartered accountancy (Financial Reporting, Strategic Financial Management, and Advanced management accounting). In his free time, he enjoys watching movies and networking with friends.
